BTCWiFi Terms of Service

By using BTCWiFi you agree to the following:

1. Lawful use only. You will not use the network for any activity that violates federal, state, or local law, including (but not limited to) copyright infringement, unauthorized computer access, fraud, harassment, or distribution of illegal content.
2. MAC address is logged. To operate this service, prevent abuse, and respond to lawful process (including DMCA notices), the access point logs the hardware MAC address of your device at the moment of authentication, your assigned IP address, and the timestamps of your session. Logs are retained for at least 90 days.
3. MAC spoofing does not defeat logging. The MAC logged is the one your device presented to the access point at the time of authentication, which is the identifier the operator will use to respond to legal process. Subsequent OS-level MAC changes do not retroactively change what was logged at authentication time.
4. No warranty. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, speed, or fitness for any particular purpose. Speed tiers are best-effort.
5. No refunds. Lightning payments are non-reversible by design. If the service fails before your time is used, contact the operator and a manual reimbursement may be issued at the operator's discretion.
6. Privacy. Your browsing traffic is not logged by the operator. DNS queries are resolved by the upstream provider. End-to-end TLS is not terminated by the operator.
7. DMCA Designated Agent. Copyright infringement notices under 17 USC § 512 may be sent to the Designated Agent listed at https://dustbowl.idleserver.com/dmca. The operator will disable the infringing session upon receipt of a valid notice.
